Jewish War Veterans of America - For donating the funds needed to
purchase the schools new chalkboard. Art Sloane Rocky Point Bus Tours, Sponsored by the Jewish War Veterans of America-Copper State Post 619, Sun Lakes, AZ - For the donation of the new copier, case of paper and extra black ink cartilages possible by the generosity of their participants. Their members and patrons have also donated a large amount of school supplies for the school. The Bus tour participants also donate school supplies and clothing to be taken to Mexico to be used where they are needed. Art Sloane and his wife Viv - They are not only involved in the "Adopt A Classroom" program, but are currently running bus trips to raise money for the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Affairs Hospital in Phoenix, The Arizona Veterans Home, and two homeless veterans facilities, Victory Place and Crossroads, in the Phoenix area. Through their efforts, they have purchased chairs, tables, a refrigerator, TV's, VCR's, DVD's, along with clothing and bedding for the veterans of Arizona. Viv also belongs to the "Dolly Dressers", a group that refinishes dolls and gives them to underprivileged and homeless girls, and the boys receive beanie babies and books. We also donate dolls, craft supplies and fabric to be used by the school in Mexico. Vivianne "Viv"
